The apartments are vested with:

Our apartments are vested with laminate respectively flagstones. In the kitchen is a terracotta stone – floor. The bathrooms have a marmoreal floor. All rooms are heated with under floor heating. Bedclothes and towels/bath towels are provided free of cost. At arrival the beds are drawn fresh. All rooms are rule with jalousies. All rooms can be closed down.
Our kitchen is a complete built-in kitchen, vested with:

Coffee and tea are gratis for our Guests.
In our winter garden are arranged a big glass table (200
x 100 cm) and chairs. It seamless adjoins to the kitchen and serves for an
eat area and a community area.
The both marmoreal bathrooms are provided with a shower,
a washbasin, a toilette, a bidet, a mirror and a hair blower.
The corridor is in pinkhomecologne colours and serves as information –
stage about Köln, the sequence and much more for our guests.
The stylish outside terrace is directly beside the winter
garden and can be used common. Garden chairs and a table are at hand and invite
to relax in a green ambience plants.
