The pinkhomecologne-apartment is located in the ground floor of a renovated
old building, like the pinkhomecologne-guesthouse at the same adress.
Our apartment consists a living-room, sleeping-room, an open kitchen, a corridor,
a bathroom with a bathtub; a washbasin, a toilette and an outdoor terrace
to the inner courtyard.

Coffee and tea are gratis for our guests.
The corridor is in pinkhomecologne colours and serves as information ? stage
about Cologne, the (gay-)scene and much more for our guests.
The quiet outside terrace can be used. Garden chairs and
a table are at hand and invite to relax in a green ambience plants.

The named costs don?t count on the following days: states feasts as New Year,
New Years Eve, Easter, the First of May, Whitsuntide, All Saints Day, Christmas
and so on; not at great events in Cologne like carnival, Pride a. s. o. (prices:
please ask the host)
The costs are inclusive value added tax. pinkhomecologne isnŽt suited
for children and for domestic animals. Please have comprehensions about these
restrictions to our other guests.

All reservations are obligatory.
This time we only accept cash payments of the whole costs, when you get the
key of your apartment. To pay with credit carts isn?t possible yet.
